This refund policy applies to all products, except for custom-made or personalized items, which are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@beareed.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, we will issue store credit.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the original product and shipping the replacement.

5. Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the product and will offer either a refund or an exchange.
